Dear Technology Vendor:
As Vendor liaison for the 2012 Technology Conference of the Utah Coalition for Educational Technology (UCET), I am pleased to invite you to participate in our upcoming conference. This year’s conference is scheduled for March 2nd - March 3rd, 2012 at Jordan High School located at 95 E. Beetdigger Blvd. (9880 S.), Sandy, Utah.
This is our second time at this site. The exhibit area will be located in the main gym again. Once again participants will have a punch card for the vendor area, and the over- the- shoulder will be larger. In addition teachers will be coming to see you because of our teacher grant program. We hope this will increase the number of participants that you will see. We also will be spreading out the sponsor equally in the gym.
Our conference average last year was about 1300 participants, mostly public school educators and administrators. The educators who attend the UCET Conference are highly interested in seeing and hearing about new and innovative ways to use technology in education and are, in most cases, sent to the conference by their school districts to evaluate instructional technologies. In a nutshell, the attendees of this conference are the movers, shakers, and decision-makers regarding technological decisions in Utah’s schools. Please join us for the best conference we’ve had in our 31year history.

This year the UCET board made some changes to the payment of vendors and advertising. They also made a rule change that ALL VENDORS MUST BE AT THE CONFERENCE BOTH DAYS OR WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK TO THE CONFERENCE.
