As exhibitor chair for the 2010 Technology Conference of the Utah Coalition for Educational Technology (UCET), I am pleased to invite you to participate in our upcoming conference. This year’s conference is scheduled for February 26th - February 27th, 2010 at Murray High School located at 5440 South State, Murray, Utah. This is our second time at this site. The exhibit area will be located in the main gym this year and not in the auxiliary gym. Once again participants will have a punch card for the vendor area, and the over- the- shoulder will be larger. In addition teachers will be coming to see you because of our teacher grant program.We hope this will increase the number of participants that you will see. We also will be spreading out the sponsor equally in the gym.

Our conference average is about 1100 participants, mostly public school educators and administrators. The educators who attend the UCET Conference are highly interested in seeing and hearing about new and innovative ways to use technology in education and are, in most cases, sent to the conference by their school districts to evaluate instructional technologies. In a nutshell, the attendees of this conference are the movers, shakers, and decision-makers regarding technological decisions in Utah’s schools. Please join us for the best conference we’ve had in our 29 year history.

Sponsors are provided with a presentation room for the entire conference. Schedule up to 7 presentations or use it as a hospitality room. Presentation forms required for each session.

Visibility

Sponsor’s name and logo is included in UCET advertising, communications, and programs for the conference. Sponsor’s name and logo are also included in UCET’s newsletter and on the UCET Web site. Please email us your logo.

In addition Sponsor can donate: pins, bags, name badges or note pads to be given to all attendees.

All exhibitors (including sponsors) are listed in the program guide, and on the UCET Web site.
Banners
We will hang up to two of your company's 3' X 5' banners outside the exhibitor area if you have them.

If you have a flyer you want included in the attendee bag, you just need to have it to us by Thursday at 3 PM before the conference.

Jp Display is handling our exhibitor area this year. They can help you with any additional furniture or display needs. This year the school will not receive direct shipments of supplies or displays. All supplies and displays must be shipped through Jp Display. It is a part of our contract with Jp Display. This arrangement also releases the school from any liability for lost or damaged supplies/displays and the additional work of school personnel to receive and store items.
