Meru Networks

Contact: Ric Lukasiewicz
6032 Merchant Place, Parker CO 80134
Phone: 303-229-9165

WiFi wireless networks have been pervasive in school districts for years. However, many have been "networks of convenience." Districts are increasingly finding the state and federal compliance testing plus increasing reliance on running all applications wired and now wirelessly. We will also discuss implementations of WiFi wireless centralized controller advantages, current a-b-g speeds to the new 300mb 802.11 “N”, and why clients are reviewing where “not” to assign dollars to installing wiring and saving budge cost using 802.11 WiFi wireless.

There is a reason Meru has increased from 10th to 4th place in the overall market plus is growing over 100% while the WiFi market is growing at ~11%. We can provide the core security and wireless but have a very different, more scalable, and a solution requiring less personnel. We solve the core wireless problems, so clients have increased productivity, business responsiveness, and higher customer satisfaction with the standards based Meru architecture. Client examples will be provided ranging from Santa Fe School District, to the +270 site Philadelphia School District, and if time permits Avaya, Denver International Airport, 7-Eleven, Kroger's, etc.
