TxtDispatcher has been designed specifically for public and private schools and universities as a reliable means of communication via text messaging. Because text messages are instant, more often read than emails and not as time-consuming as phone calls, they provide an efficient and accurate means of communication.

TxtDispatcher enables administrators to send messages to subscribers regarding both critical and non-critical alerts, depending on the school's preferences. These alerts can be issued via the web or, as an invaluable feature, an administrator's phone (in case of power or internet failures).

TxtDispatcher doesn't limit subscribers, allowing anyone to receive alerts concerning the schools of their choice, regardless of their enrollment or status with the school. There is no fee for subscribers, beyond what they may already pay for SMS messaging on their mobile phone. Alternatively, subscribers can sign up to receive alerts by email, if preferred.

For convenience, users can subscribe to as many schools as desired, all from their phone or the Internet. Users receive only the alerts they've subscribed to and, because of TxtWire's strict no-spam policy, spam or unsolicited messages will not be sent. If the user wishes to stop receiving messages from a certain school, changing subscription preferences is just as easy. Subscriptions can be managed from either the user's phone or the Internet.

These service offerings have been designed specifically for budget-conscious school districts and offered at a fraction of the cost of similar services. TxtWire's commitment to building stronger communities through communication means that this service will always be offered at the lowest possible cost to schools.
